Head disappears quickly, colour is apple juice and there is a lot of carbonation going on: looks more like a root beer than an actual brew. Smell is fine, with malt, yeast and pear. The taste is duller that the smell would suggest however. Malty and yeasty and quite sweet, but not a lot of flavour going on here, despite the plethora of ingredients used. Refreshing mouth feel, but also a lot of carb again. Try the Ambrée from the same brewery when you have the option: much better in my opinion.
