Champaign IPA as the founder of Brut--Kim Sturdavant--- said when he first took the beer home and drank the entire growler... Its not as bitter as other IPAs but this one definetly has a a floral aftertaste. The color is greenish yellow. Didnt get to see it in a glass but it has a light head when I crack the can... overall I like. My girlfriend who usually doesnt like IPAs said it was good and she could finish whole can.
The floral is superb.

Pale gold, slight chill haze, not much in the way of head or retention
Fairly pronounced hop nose- melon, white grape, some passionfruit and mango
Light toasty malt, zippy melon and white grape hop flavor
Light bodied and effervescent
First time trying a "Brut" IPA. Nice and light, refreshing, but probably wouldn't be a go-to style. I'll have to try more of them, though.
