Harvester is a big DIPA brewed with multiple types of grapefruits. I can't recall all the hops except Citra which stands out in a major way. The smell on this beer is unreal good. Incredible Citra bomb of tropical, resiny citrus along with white grapefruits coming through. The taste is solid but pales in comparison to literally one of the best smelling beers I've ever had. The decision to use a strong malt base with darker malts like Marris otter and crystal was wise. Helped balance the bitter grapefruit and hops with sweetness. Good stuff!
