Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. No date on the can.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a light haze and two fingers of big, pillowy ivory foam.
Smell: lightly wheaty with a decent tangerine aroma. It’s not super bright or anything, but it’s nice.
Taste: the tangerine has a bit of acidity, which helps bring out the juiciness of the fruit. Malt base is quite wheaty; overall it’s pretty well balanced and not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a reasonably drinkable and refreshing beer. I think that if the description “wheat ale with tangerine” sounds good to you, you will probably quite like this beer.

I shared a tall boy can of this beer with my old boss whilst at a conference in La Quinta, California. It poured a hazy golden with no head and no lace. The scent had grain and citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain and subtle bitter citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Golden with a little amber, nice fluffy head that quickly dissipates. Nose is fairly standard wheat with citrus notes. Taste is a muted wheat with grapefruit notes, a bit bitter, fairly simple but fresh.
