I am trying this beer off the tapper at the Palm Springs location as part of a four sample flight. It poured an opaque dark amber with very thin white ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had subtle bitter hop and roast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with bitter finishing hop and roast highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
