330ml bottle. Wine glass. Brought from I Feria Artesana de Sant Feliu, enjoyed on jun´13. Pours amber in color, foggy appearance. Foam is white & leaves copious rings on sides. Herbs, coriander, fresh bread, hints of citrics - orange & tangerine - as well as sugar & anice grains to the nose. Creamy malty upfront followed by increasing bitterness, showing grape hues zest. Medium body. Soft cabonation. Oily texture. Intense citric astringency & kind alcohol sensation in the middle. Spicy touch & dried mouthfeel. Sharp bitterness remains into a long bitter finish. Orange zest on the aftertaste. Delicious yeast sediments at the bottom. Kind of crossover between a Wit & an american Wheat ales. Outstanding job !!!
