I tried a bottle of this beer at Mirador Del Arco de Cuchilleros restaurant near the old town square in Madrid . It poured a clear copper with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and subtle grain and finishing hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

De color ámbar, con un cordón espumoso de poca duración. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación media. Aroma a malta y caramelo. En boca tiene un sabor ligeramente dulce.

From a 33 cl bottle (best by June 12, 2016) to a wine glass. Reviewed from notes dated May 28, 2016.
A-The beer is murky and the color of honey. A short, white head fades quickly and leaves no lacing. No real carbonation in the glass. Kinda ugly stuff.
S-The aroma has a slight sweetness, but the beer is mostly swampy and musty smelling. Some cooked vegetable flavor and no real hop note to speak of.
T-The taste is similar to the smell. Swampy, musty, muddled vegetal flavors with a hint of sweetness.
M-The body is pretty light in heft and carbonation is fine. A bit watery.
O-I did not enjoy this beer very much. Not sure if it would be better fresh, but as it was, bleh.

From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles. In Teku glass. After dinner. One month after BB date (bought one week ago but didnt check before buying) Acid. Undrinkable. Directly to the sink arter 2 disgusting sips. Score: 2-1-1-1.5-1
28 march 2016: From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles Duque. New label. In Teku glass. Watery, flat and forgettable. A bit unpleasant aroma, with some sourness, a dull taste, with just a bit of caramel and little bitterness.
26 Nov 2017. From Hipercor. In Teku glass. At lunch, with macarroni with bechamel. As disgusting as I remembered, maybe even more, with sourness. I have had to make a great effort for finishing it

Golden colour, small head that vanishes too soon, no lace. Smell is salty, smoked, maybe some hints of fruits and caramel. Light body, correct carbonation and watery palate. Thin palate. Taste has some hints of caramel and fruits too. I guess if you try hard (and knowing what it is about) you can say it pairs with spanish jam, I' ve tasted it on its own and I can't find nothing special, being the second time I've tried it.
