A pale and hazy liquid with a decent foam. Aromas of pepper, wheat, and hint of hops spyciness. Theres is something of a tomato juice that somewhat spoils the olfactive experience. The taste is quite spicy as well with notes of green pepper, coriander and leafy hops. The typical wheat mouthfeel of a witbier is, however, absent. The carbonation is well done though. A good witbier, but I've had better.
