Slightly veiled dark copper color with low activity. Creamy and bubbly dark beige 3 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with good legs and decent swirl reaction. Flavors of smoke, dark grains, dark berries, toffee, and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium body with light crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, roasted with a woody Rauchbier effect. Lacks the complexity of a real Scotch ale's fruity sensation. Okay freshness, a bit dull. Overall good quality craft.
