Attractive clear golden amber brew with plenty of fine-grained foam. Pleasing aroma of Belgian yeast with a hint of thyme. Flavor is pear and Cheerios followed by a bitterish taste of herbs and cucumber.
Light flowery hop notes along with the cereal taste. Hops are listed as Styrian Golding and Saaz. This is a very interesting and sippable brew. Strong and a little hot with lots of complex aromatics. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Expérience Bière in Montréal.
