On tap at the brewery served their 'funky' footed pilsener looking snifter.
Look- A very dark brown with no head and very little carbonation.
Smell- Dark roasted malt, burnt marshmallows and some smoke.
Taste- Roasted malt, dark fruit flavor of figs and dates. Some bakers chocolate and a hint of floral notes emerge in the finish.
Feel- Thick and oily, but lacking in carbonation.
Overall- A good beer that with a little more carbonation could move up a notch in the appearance and feel. The flavor is solid enough which makes it worth trying. It reminds me of their Black Friday minus the barrel.
