Limited Release Double IPA brewed with loads of southern hemisphere hops. This is a big, bold IPA with coconut, mango and especially white grape flavors from the hop profile and notes of peach and nectarine courtesy of house yeast blend. A puffy mouthfeel is provided by the flaked oats added.

Wow! yeah! My first review of the brewer and 5th of this fine DIPA. Blind taste against anyone.
a) Hazed light golden body with retaining head and lace. Sudsy.
s) Galaxy and Nelson hops prominant on the lemony, papaya nose.
t) The flavors burst forward in tropical, fruity, citrus, chalky goodness - balanced by the hop bitter. Bright, inviting.
f) Chalky, powdery, yet clean and drying in the finish. Nice mouth tickle.
o) Go forth and blind taste vs your fave DIPAs.

Murky peach mud in body with light white head. Pungent, on the verge of nauseating, aroma of papaya, mango, kiwi, and elephant candy. Tastes of hop dust, mango, kiwi, papaya, pine, booze. Thick in body with medium carbonation.

My first review, I'm just getting into good ipa's. Poured into a pint glass from a can. This is one of my favorite ipa's. It pours very bubbly, tons of white frothy head. It's a nice orangish, yellow hue. It looks lovely. The taste is initially mildly hoppy and ends with a very fruity, sweet aftertaste. Sweeter than any IPA I've had so far. I guess I haven't developed a very good sense of feel and smell yet but it looks and tastes amazing.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high frothy bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pine resin hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste starts off with flavors of cantaloupe melons and notes of passionfruit and finishes with pine resin, the latter of which lingers into the aftertaste. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Imperial IPA tastes very "juicy" and does a very good job at masking most of the alcohol from the taste.
