It’s SCIENCE! Clever Cortex is a brain blasting, synaptic sparking, neuron nourishing Belgian-Style Witte Ale that features a light hop character with an earthy spice and smooth citrus backbone. Brewed with all New York State malts and hops with orange peel and coriander.

A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of orange peel are present in the nose along with notes of coriander.
T: The taste has spicy flavors of coriander along with notes of orange peel and hints of wheat.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
