A- Light amber, deep golden in color.
S- Hint of fruit with spicy hops.
T&M- Good carbonation with medium body. Very balanced with good malt backbone. Slightly fruity, citrusy, not sweet. Hops jump in suddenly and provide a crisp, clean finish.
D- Very good. Steams are not a usual choice for my summer beer but this one does a good job. Doesn't compare with the Legend Anchor but a good local variety. One of the Dink's better efforts in recent memory.
