Sampled from a growler from the Humperdinks on Northwest Highway in Dallas.
Pours dark brownish-red with an off-white head. The aroma is a mix of toffee, caramel and chocolate. The flavor is chocolate with some caramel as well as some roasted malts. You also get some dark fruit and brown sugar. Overall, the flavor is fairly subtle even though it is pretty complex. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation.
