A: deep brown with a touch of mahogany at the edges; with a fairly aggressive pour, less than a 1 finger tan head that receded quickly;
S: roasted malt;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; no bitterness;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation;
O: no complexity; nothing to draw me back;

A very nice, roasty, sub-6% ABV brew. A good option if you're looking for full flavor in a smaller package.

Not Good! Awful name. I thought I was getting a session IPA not a milk stout?!?!?

Nothing special about this stout. It does have a burnt bite to it. It's drinkable but I wouldn't buy it again.

Dark jet black color with a small amount of off-white head that leaves lacing on the glass. Smells like burnt coffee and overly roasted malts. In a nutshell, this offering tastes like burnt toast/food. Not a fan. This doesn't happen often with me, but I couldn't finish the 12 oz. single can that I bought.

I wanted a creamier brew. Nothing better than a silky Milk Stout. But this is still very soft and drinkable. I like it, for the most part and would like to try it on tap.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep dark brown color, with a large foamy off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick but spotty lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, some smokiness and a faint touch of hops.
T: The taste starts out sweet with a hearty but not too heavy roasted malt character up front. Then some mildly sweet flavors of milk chocolate and black coffee come in. There’s just a hint of smokiness in the background as well. The hops presence is very mild but provides some balance. However, the nice flavors you get initially fade out after a few sips and leave a harsh, bitter finish and after-taste.
M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is very dry slightly sticky.
O: A little tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, mild kick, decent representation of style, there are definitely several other beers in the style that I would pick before this one.
