Our Dark Wheat is made from 50% wheat malt and Hallertau hops are used to form a well hopped amber beer. Most try this beer with a lemon but you can usually catch the brewer enjoying it with a lime.

a different take on a wheat, to give it more depth. Drinkable with the slice of lemon not on its one. Little lace. Darker colour, watery, aggressively carbonated. Doesn't work but why not try. Tough to get a lot of kegs out this way, so make it yourself.

Had this on tap at Merchant Ale House in St Catharines. Pours a light brown colour with very small head, almost no lacing. Smells of dark fruit with only a hint of the wheat malt. Quite sweet flavour for the style. Carbonation was pretty big, but the body was fairly thin. Just an ok dark wheat beer.
