Quite dark brown color, cappuccino like foam, good amount, not too solid.
Toasted smell, barley coffee, dusty. Good.
In the mouth some light toasted note, again barley coffee, carrob. Very dusty feeling. Interesting, with some plum note, perhaps.
Raw, but good.
Relatively long aftertaste, resolute body, without being too heavy.
Pleasant surprise.
