Lots to like about this place. I decided to veer off my drive from Orlando airport to Port St Lucie to get a four pack for my stay. I was greeted quickly and the server made it a point to say take my time with their selection. They have lots of beers on tap and the offerings in cans have packaged-on dates. Their IPA's were all of two weeks old. I would certainly visit again.

I’ve been around the craft beer scene for awhile and I’m a native South Florida Floridian that has traveled to almost every brewery from the Florida Keys to Palm Beach County. Recently on my trip back from Orlando I decided to stop at Intracoastal Brewery and wow! Pulling up on a Wednesday night I was surprised to see a full parking lot and tons of people in their beer garden/lawn area near the food truck. I decided to sit inside and was greeted within seconds. I had a flight of beers ranging from a green tea mike shake inspired ipa 5/5 stars to a berry flavored ipa to a black ipa. Keep in mind, IPAs are my favorite. I was not disappointed with anything. I highly recommend their selection of beers. I’ll gladly be traveling myself almost 2 hours north as often as I can to get my hands on their beer again!

Visited 21-Oct-18. Two small buildings flanking a sunny courtyard with picnic tables, astroturf and a food truck - one the tap room, the other the brewery. Terrific for a beer and lunch outside on a quiet, sunny afternoon in Eau Gallie’s Arts District. Selection of beers is solid, over a dozen on tap with a good mix of styles and several options to go in growlers or cans. Atmosphere is laidback but service is efficient. And the food truck serves surprisingly good Peruvian fare: ceviches, skewers, yucca fries and more.

12+ brews on tap with good variety and frequent rotation. Pints, 1/2 pints, flight size (4 oz) and growlers available. Causal atmosphere. (BYOF if desired?) Good food available.

UPDATED REVIEW:
My first trip back in three years, and oh my, how much has changed. The biggest difference to this place is the forward facing view - the outside. Not only did they pave over the dirt parking lot, they added a second building where you can see their beer vats, but they added this nice, semi covered outdoor patio area that is large enough to seat quite a few people on a busy Saturday night. They also added their very own food truck, a play on words to the name of the place.
The biggest improvement from the last time I was here is the vibe - more upbeat, more friendly, and definitely more hopping. Also obvious is the service - spot on. It didn't take long for someone to drop by our table and ask what we wanted, and they kept coming back often, which was a plus for us this evening. If I lived a tad bit closer to this place, it might very well be my favorite brewer in the county.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The latest stop in the monthly visit of breweries for my oldest son and I, and I have to say this place was really good. Intracoastal is nicely decorated with a rustic, woody motif, a spacious interior with a non-assuming sized bar. There are plenty of places to sit away from the bar, all of them outdoor type tables and bench seating, but all of it in very good, varnished condition. The service was good, a little shaky at the start but they made up for it while we were there. I was impressed with the selection they had on hand, not only their normal offerings, but a couple of seasonals on hand as well. Overall, it was a very relaxed atmosphere, a very clean place, and certainly a place you can down a flight (or two) and allow a couple of hours to pass without even noticing.

Stopped in 9/15/14 while on vacation. The Hoffmeister Altbier, and Pale Sneer American Blonde were both nice, but the star of the show was the "Not Just Some" Oatmeal Stout-dark and bold but not bitter like an Irish Dry Stout. No food on site, but you can bring in or order from places nearby.

The beer at Intracoastal Brewing is phenomenal. The brew master is indeed a master at this craft. I absolutely love that they offer half pints. My only suggestion is that they need more square footage

Intracoastal Brewing Company opened recently in Melbourne. At the moment they appear to be open Thursday through Sunday. When you walk in the brewing area is to the left (it is out in the open with a ledge surrounding it). They have a two and a half barrel system and had just finished brewing a schwarz beer and the brewer was in the process of cleaning up. There is a bar (straight ahead from the front door) and a number of picnic tables for seating. There was a decent crowd at about 6 p.m. on a Thursday. The servers (who I suspect are the owners, but I didn't have a chance to ask) were quite friendly, even though they were fairly busy. There were seven beers on tap, all their own creations. I had a beer while I was there and ordered a growler to go. They threw in a pint glass (always a nice touch) with it. I am definitely going back, worth checking out for sure.
