Clear amber reddish color with a thick off-white color with decent retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of passion fruit and red fruits with caramel on the background.
Nice flavor with notes of pine, lots of raspberries, spices, toasted malts, grapefruit and wood. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This is actually an American Red Ale and by the way a good one. Hoppy, fruity but not sweet and easy to drink. Well done!
