Cask at the brew pub
Mild fizzy head, bit darker mahogany ruby red color
Nose basic cask fermentation, sweet malt red ale, toasted biscuity sweet caramel toffee,
Taste mild sweet malt, reddish toasted biscuit malt, toffee caramel notes, little grassy earthy hop, fruity notes, nice cask condition, good bitter dry finish
Mouth is med bod, lighter but decent cask carb

On-tap at J.W. Sweetman, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is crystal clear dark red in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that quickly died down, leaving lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sweet malts are present in the nose along with slight hints of tea leaves.
T: The taste is similar to the smell, but the malty flavors are a bit stronger and there are stronger notes of tea leaves. No sweetness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied and is a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and is a good representation of the style. There is a good balance between the flavors of malts and tea leaves.
