From a bomber bottle at the 2018 Decatur Beer Fest.
Pours with a hazy golden body topped with a good white head.
Pungent and tart aroma.
The flavor is very tart and has a good bit of citrus.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
Overall : Bold!

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 740ml capped bottle into a Surly teku. Shared with schen9303.
Nose is tart but not much else... almost urinal-like sad to say. Beer opens aggressively tart and moderately acidic. This one says papaya but its not very detectable. A bit of over-ripe papaya might be present in the middle but its covered by more notes of vinegar and tartness. A bit of funk and foam at the end. Body is light to medium with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively in the mouth and goes down foamy.
Not bad but this is a bit extreme for me. One of the most sour beers I've ever had.

This pours a very cloudy golden color, almost orange. The head was minimal when poured from the bottle, but there's nice carbonation in the glass. The nose is very fruity (passion fruit), and it isn't mellow - it smacks you upside the head with a 2X4. The taste is sour, and strongly fruity. The fruit hits hard, but pleasing. Really good balance between the fruit and the sour. The feel of this beer is fairly thick. You also feel he carbonation as it goes down. The bubbles tickle the throat. Very solid beer, and I highly recommend it.

Cloudy pale ignot gold with scant head. I really don't get any aromas. If anything mild fruit. Mild lemon pulp. Taste has some real heft to it. Straight up lemon sour like lemon head candy. A bitterness ensues. Now, I would never guess papaya but I imagine the fruit has something to do with it. Scant carbonated finish. Sourness lays on the tongue. Finish reminds me of Jacobins rouge. I'm really loving the flavor. Top notch in my book.

The papaya provides a strange flavour to it, almost more of an odd astringency associated with papaya fruit in my experience. The acidity is nice, and similar to the others. But the finish just didn't work that well for me.
