Had on tap and in bottle. Was slightly better on tap, but very marginally. Pours opaque bright neon yellow with some white lacing. Smells of peach cobbler, cinnamon, vanilla, apricot, and nutmeg. Taste captures these same flavors, add a touch of mango too, along with a mellow sourness that cumulatively builds as you drink it. Feel is sweet and sour, but is a sipper given the intensity, a little brightness would help

Previously enjoyed this on draft enough to bring a bottle home with me to review a year later. This is standing the test of time for a sour with additives. Une Annee's golden sour base, barrel-aged with peaches, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pours a hazy orange with peach, apricot, vanilla, and some light diacetyl butterscotch on the nose. Minimal head that fizzes away quickly, but still well carbonated on the palate. Fruity, modest pie or cobbler spices, not quite as vibrant as it used to be, but that's to be expected. This is still holding up pretty well, with plenty of well-balanced flavors, good barrel character, and sharp acidity. A nice dessert sipper.

This one pours a very murky golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pure pie, with peach puree, cinnamon, sweet vanilla, and very tart lemon.
This is really, really sour - it would definitely be hard to drink much more than a few ounces of this. The pie ingredients work fairly well here, though. The peach adds a bit of sweetness to fight against the intense acidity, and the vanilla plays a similar role.
This is light bodied and slightly creamy. It's definitely a slow sipper due to the whole "sour bomb" thing we have going here.
This was very tasty, but I'd try to dial back the acidity a little bit.

Really well done beer! The nose is cinnamon and vanilla, along with nutmeg. Taste is tart but creamy, nice notes of peach, orange, and vanilla. Long tangy finish, mouthfeel is soft and medium-thick. Loving the contrast between nose and taste. I thought highly of Une Annee before, though this elevates my opinion further.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 750 ml bottle on December 31, 2018. A blonde sour base went to rest in wine barrels for approximately 8 months. Brewed with peaches, cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans. Likened to a peach cobbler, this sour beer has assertive fruit and spice and a nice dessert sweetness while still finishing very dry.

F'n phenomenal beer. One of the better American wild ales I've ever had. And I've had almost all of the hyped up ones. Get it
