I really liked this beer. Others described it well. Great beer for a hot day after working in the yard.

Orange hazy body with a very dense, pillowy head. Smell is very citrusy and sour; plenty of lime, and a bit of yeast and orange sherbet. Taste is very tart, on the level of a sour. Lime is the dominant citrus flavor, but orange sherbet and grape come and go. There’s also a bit of oak behind the body, as well as a touch of yeast and a bit of salt on the finish. Feel is very, very smooth, a bit acidic, and dry on the finish. Overall, a delicious beer that ebbs and flows, never too tart nor too sweet. Just right.

Lovely Sour straight ahead.
a) Pours yellow but lands in glass amber - good trick, scant head but color is a 4.
s) Lime, yeast, flowers.
t) Powerful fruit, lime, berry, wild, earthy, bready yeast. Adds pine.
f) Prickly, smooth, to form.
o) Complex yet straight forward with powerful sour blend. Slightly metallic.

This right here is a proper sour with no gimmics. Light yellow in color, refreshingly tart, a prickly mouth feel. The smell didn't thrill me, but everything else did.

Served from the can in a Mickey Finn's shaker pint glass.
Things you yell whilst recreating the end of Thelma & Louise. Anyway, this stuff pours a mostly clear brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises lemon zest, lime zest, light black pepper, light sourdough, and a twinge of grapefruit rind. The taste brings in more of the same, the tartness of it all turned up to some damn fine levels. It's not overly puckering, but it certainly keeps your tongue on its toes with each swig. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry, sticky finish. Overall, a damn fine bit of sour goodness. 'Nuff said.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice hazy dark golden orangy color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy/fizzy one-finger white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some lime, tart, funky. The taste is pretty nice, malty, yeasty, really nice touch of lime, nice funkyness, tart. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty nice brew. Nice to see them around here.
