Extremely milky sunshine yellow body with a cream-colored billowing head that doesn't stick around for long- no lacing either. The nose is acerbic and tart, displaying vinegar and lime and grapefruit and perhaps some other citrus fruits, melon even. The vinegar doesn't overwhelm the taste, but it doesn't leave a lot of room for the fruits to shine either. Very sour either way, which is my goal when I'm drinking a sour, so props. The mosaic hops come through on the finish, providing a dry bitterness at the end. The body is sharp, medium-full, and leaves a slight grittiness on the teeth.
As mentioned, this baby is SOUR. Right up my alley, but ya gotta love sour (duh). Technically, the added fruits didn't have much room to blossom beside the vinegar, but mostly the sourness itself just dominated the landscape.
