Poured into a tulip, the appearance had a soft burnt orange to bronzed yellow color with a quickly dissolving less than a finger's worth of white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had the peach and passion fruit sweet to tart character up front with some guava, lime, mango/papaya further in the back. Even further back was the pineapple and watermelon.
The flavor brought a sour strength like no other. Some tart fruity hints push in but for the most part, the fruity sweet portions seem extremely faint. Quick aftertaste of lime, peach and passion fruit.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a clingy little dry sour to tart sticky character. Carbonation felt good. Definitely some dryness in the finish with some peach, passion fruit, lime and lemon.
Overall, a very good fruited sour ale, but I missed the strawberries. Still, I would definitely re-visit this one.

Poured into a snifter. A very hazy yellow and orange color. A normal pour produced a small white head that settled quickly, leaving no trace. There was a lot going on in this one. The aroma was tart with lemon, watermelon, guava, peach, and strawberries. Fairly tart on the initial taste with lemons and sour peaches. Other flavors evolved nicely and you could distinctly taste the guava, lime, passionfruit, and finally watermelon. The finish was heavy on the watermelon with a earthy/grassy aspect to it. The funk was there but restrained. Delicious and complex.
