Appearance - The beer poured an orange yellow color with visible carbonation and a white head
Taste - This was the sourest cucumber I’ve ever tasted. The limes came through in a big way, but you can definitely detect the mint as well. It came off like a cucumber Mojito that had a sour profile The sourness lingered, but it was not tooth riding.
Mouthfeel - The beer had a nice body with fullness that allow the sourness to linger.
Mouthfeel - Cucumber, lime, mint, and lemon grass is a strange combo, but this really worked.
