Smooth and dangerously drinkable, The Drop is the beer for that feeling of complete abandon, total oneness in the music, the height of the party. It's that ecstatic apex on the dance floor, the release after the build-up that the DJ lays down.
Over 3 pounds of 4 types of hops per barrel are balanced with rich malt goodness.
Like those fleeting moments of nirvana, this beer may never return, so catch it while you can.

Kegged spring 2016; drank 6/2/16 on draft @ Temperance.
See-through orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
Minimal off-white head; nice, frothy lace.
Honey, mango & faint booze heat notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Honey & mango flavors up front; mild grapefruit bite on the finish. Faint booze heat notes emerged as this warmed.
Sweet & fruity with a mild bite; my kinda DIPA.

Hazy copper color with a light tan head, this looks like an old school West Coast DIPA, and has the old school aromas, too, with citrus and pine notes most prominent.
Tropical citrus notes dominate the taste, with tangerines and grapefruit most notable, and there’s also a pine flavor and a most welcome caramalt component, too. This is my first beer from these guys, they did a very nice job with this, IMHO.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pt 6 fl oz bottle on May 29, 2017. Look is light copper gold with a thick creamy head and sticky lacing. Smell is dank and sweet. Taste is dank hops with caramel and rock candy sweetness. Feel is medium in body.
