On tap, poured into a sample glass. The aroma is bready with a herby lim and mint hint. The beer is a murky bronze with a soap white head that has good retention and moderate lace. The taste is a medium bitter and medium light sweet. The texture is light and thin with a soapy carbonation and light body. The flavor is bread with herb tones and it finishes with a zip of lemon, mint. and grass. The aftertaste is mild with clean notes of pine, mint, and lemon rind.
