Pours a deep murky brown with low head that leaves some lace. Nose is sweet brown bread and toast. Taste is more brown bread, sweet malts, slight burn notes, and a higher than expected bitterness on the end. Overall, a pretty darn enjoyable wee heavy but also somewhat one dimensional.
