A: Pours with a light haze. A golden/yellow color. With a two finger white head that forms. The foam has good retention and plenty of lace left behind.
S: Wheat and spice with orange rind and lemon. Light esters. A simple but enjoyable nose.
T: That husky wheat character. Orange rind, tart lemon, peppery spicy and fruit esters. All the high spots for a wit. This is very nice.
M/O: Of coarse for the ABV, this is pretty light. Though very crisp and effervescent. Which I love. That all make this really easy to drink and enjoy again and again.
A very good session style Witbier. This would be one of my local staples if I lived in the area. Nothing flashy, actually might be kind of boring for most, but something I applaud and will be having more of when I get a chance.
