look: 3.75 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4
A: Pours a hazed golden yellow color. A one finger white head forms but recedes quickly. Light lace is left behind.
S: Peppery spice and phenols up front. Very yeast forward with orange peal and banana esters. Simple, but nice.
T: Again, that peppery spice, phenols, and yeast character up front. Sweet doughy malt, orange peal and banana esters.
M/O: A medium to full body. Good carbonation that becomes ultra smooth. There is a bit of alcohol heat, that mixes well with the yeast character.

This is in that classic American interpretation of a Belgian Tripel that craft breweries in the states have been making for a while. Which I have always liked. Well done for the style, and something I would get again if at the brewery.
