I had a 330ml bottle. Called a Golden Ale and the Brewer promotes it as a crisp and hoppy session beer.
Appearance: pour light straw colour with a little cloudiness. Very good clean white head that has good retention.
Aroma: malty aromas, hardly any hop aroma present.
Flavour: excellent mouthfeel, immediate hoppy bitterness upfront and through to the finish. Crisp flavour and finish. Enjoyable.
Overall: not what I describe as a typical golden ale compared to others I have had. It is much more bitter but I like that. Enjoyable drinkable bitter.

Slightly cloudy golden colour.
Elements of English Pale ale, a little coopers-like yeast but a musty nose and it comes across as a little stale ( tho fridged from Warner's )
Jury out really from my view, and if this is the brewery signature beer that's a worry.....

Pours gold with a small head.
Nose shows floral and spicy hops along with soft sweet malt.
Similar flavours, althought there is some cardboard-like malt as well. Pretty decent though, with a nice spicy hops character.
