Soured using the organisms naturally found on grain then flavoured with blood orange, mango and guava to make a smashable, juicy and refreshing kettle sour.

This was a Christmas gift in 2023, drunk in June 2024.
L: Clean, golden yellow, with a slight haze, utterly no head, and no carbonation visible in the glass. I can, however, see some floaties.
S: Sour, overripe fermenting fruit. I can't detect mango our guava, just a generic sour, fruity twang.
T: Quite tart, with a touch of retronasal mango, but as with the nose, the taste is generic fruity rather than showcasing the headlining fruits.
M: Like most modern fruited sours, the mouthfeel is more akin to soda than what I would expect from a beer. Carbonation is high, but carbonic bite is minimal.
O: In a world full of fruited sours, this one does nothing to stand out and, in fact, likely takes a backseat to more flavoursome beers that play more overtly on their headlining fruits.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
