Appearance: Arrives with the liquid cola brown and capped by a modest head that leaves a strip or two of lacing
Smell: Brown bread and dates, with a leathery quality from the Brett
Taste: The brown bread and date flavors are prominent on the front end, with the Brett kicking in on the finish; the Brett here is very subtle but nicely offsets the sweetness from the dates
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Another really interesting beer from Az Wilderness that harkens back to the old sour Porters in England though with the twist of added sweetness from the dates
