A: A deep gold with haziness, low foam but very sticky lacing.
N: Bread, honey, malt, and yeast.
T: Follows the nose, awesome honey notes, bread, malty goodness and yeast, very full flavored.
M: Light/Medium
O: Wow, this is so refreshing and easy to drink, zero bite and just chewy and filling. This is a perfect pool beer, solid.

Light Amber color. Nice Belgian yeast, malt forward, raw bread dough. A touch of clove and warm spices. Real nice. It gets a 88/100.

Appearance: The ever so slightly hazy amber liquid sports an inch or so of foam that leaves a bit of lacing behind
Smell: Bready, with spicy yeast tones and a hint of honey
Taste: Bready and yeasty, up front, bringing a very solid Belgian character that moves toward honey sweetness, in the middle; the most interesting element, however, arrives after the swallow, when the earthy and grassy hops take the beer in a somewhat bitter direction
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: The best of the beers I sampled at Az Wilderness, this is a deft handling of the honey (it never creates an overly sweet character) and the combination of the Styrian Golding and Tettnanger hops creates an earthy/grassy mix that is sublime; the brewer calls this a Belgian Blonde
