This beer was available with it's counter-part the Barely Wine Barley Wine (Pappy Van Winkle) and when you drank them back to back you could tell the difference was vast just from the type of barrel. It's been a while unfortunately and I'm trying to go off of memory so these are the generalities I can recall.
A- It was a deep dark black with hints of caramel on the swirl
S- Exquisite nectar of the gods type smell of caramel, bourbon and candy
T- Until I had had the FSW Parabola this was the best beer I had tasted in my life, very rich malt taste with a mouth covering very pleasant bourbon that lingered while being extremely smooth
M- Thick coat the mouth density that stuck with you for hours after
O- Definitely the best thing to come out of an Arizona brewery I've ever tasted, super looking forward to their BT Presidential Stout.
