Enjoyed while having the Denmark in the Desert and meatloaf sliders.
A- A slightly murky blonde with almost no lacing
S- Smells heavily of chardonnay and fruit.
T- A sour sparkiling wine with a sweet fruity note. Gives a nice hint of flavor that makes you want to drink more to get a better taste. An enjoyable light but intoxicating tart almost hefe-esq delight.
M- a puckering smooth medium body that feels good anywhere in the mouth
O- A good addition to the Wilderness repertoire, helps get more good sours in. Not to be overlooked but if sours and funk aren't your thing they're are plenty of other great beers to spend your time on.
