Dry Belgian Tripel with notes of apple, pear, light pepper and citrus.

Enjoyed a serving at the DTPHX Wilderness location 5-10-19.
Beer was served darker than typical for the style with a smaller than expected head.
Nose had notes of pear and apple true to the style.
Taste followed the nose with the light fruits from the yeast. Finish was lacking some hopping i was expecting.
Mouthfeel was heavier than expected for the style.
Overall the tripel style is tough to replicate here in the states. Not a bad beer but do not expect Belgian quality.
