A Bier De Noel or Christmas/Winter Specialty Spiced beer. A complex aroma of apples & spiciness dominate the aroma. The malt aroma is a sweet candy like aroma. No, roastiness. The hard maple used comes through as the nutmeg like spice.

Very true to the biere de garde style, but some extra spice and fruitiness, but not over the top.

Beige head with lace. Caramel Ruby color.
Very Belgian flavored. Lots of cloves, bananas, and spices. Lots of apples showing here. Tastes like a winter warmer. Malty. Caramel.
Decent, but I'm not crazy for it. Too much spice.
