Pours dark brown with a bit of tan head. Smells like cocoa with a hint of vanilla. The flavor is a somewhat bitter bakers chocolate, a little vanilla and maybe a hint of coffee with some offsetting hops and a good dark malt foundation. It's a milk stout on the can but this one is not overly sweet at all. The 8% gives it good heft and it certainly registers well in the good buzz for your buck category. Not bad, I'd like to check this out on tap if it's at Arizona Wilderness on my next visit, cheers!

Had a teku serving at the Wilderness downtown Phoenix location 5-10-19.
Beer was served black with a nice looking tan head that had some serious hang time.
Nose was vanilla and cocoa.
Taste was slightly sweet with the vanilla and chocolate intermingled nicely with the malt base. Hopping was there to where this was nicely sweet.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall this makes for a very nice dessert beer!

Canned 3/30/18. Received in a trade, thanks to AZBeerDude72. This is an Arizona Wilderness collaboration beer with Stillwater Artisianal. I like Stillwater, though I admittedly havne't had many of their beers. I liked Yacht though! I'm excited to try this though; two great brewers teaming up on a nice sweet Imperial Milk Stout with cacao nibs and vanilla beans & lactose (imperial milk stout....DUH).
Poured from a 16oz can into a tulip glass. Pitch black in color, opaque with a light tan head that slowly settles into a thin lacing. Sweet malt aroma, light roast with notes of vanilla. Flavor is very sweet with lots of chocolate, vanilla bean is quite present evoking some chocolate cupcake-like character. Very light roasted malt bitterness, little to no hop bitterness. This is definitely a desert beer through and through. Overall, I'd highly recommend this if you're looking for a strong yet sweet stout like the Evil Twin pastry stouts that are all the rage these days. 4.20/5

O: One of the best porters I tasted, this stuff is amazing.
