Aptly named, this is muddy AF, not only in appearance but in taste as well. Not a ton of nose, interestingly, some light tropical notes, a bit of that yeasty/spicy things so many of these haze bombs have. On the palate, things falls apart a bit, as that spiciness grows, and whatever malt there is (oat malt, apparently?) doesn't offer much character at all, which would be fine if the tropical hops weren't, well, muddied by that spicy character and even some lightly funky taste. I dunno. It takes a lot for me to not like a beer w/ Nelson hops, but this just wasn't my bag.
