We took a Pilsner base and dry hopped it with Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops. We then conditioned it with Brettanomyces for 2 months to give it some barnyard funk.

a really one of a kind beer right here, and another reason to love these guys. stoked bottles made it to colorado, i picked this up a few months back and sort of forgot about it in the cellar until it was rediscovered this weekend. i ended up sharing the bottle around a fair few ways, but i kind of wish i didnt, its a total gem. a farmhouse pils, which i suppose means unfiltered and possibly partially wild, it sure smells that way, dry hopped with hallertau blanc and nelson, conditioned with brett. everything i want to hear! the nose is off the hook, juicy dripping pineapple and green apple, white wine and green grape, soft tannins and mouthwatering mature brett with peachy and peary notes, hard to immediately appreciate it as a lager, but its pure nelson to the dome! hazy and pale, pretty thick looking for a pils type, especially towards the bottom of the bottle, but it drinks more delicately, albeit a little creamy feeling from all the sediment, but i think it flatters and extends the hops. not a lot of lager character to this in that i dont really taste classic lager yeast and the crispness is sort of overrun by the brett and all the hops on this, anything but subtle there, so much fruitiness, as juicy as it gets really, and an amazing expression of nelson hops with brett. this has a great funk to it, rustic yet elegant at the same time, and a beer i could drink an absolute ton of. they positively nailed this, i want more!
