Named after the classic Hot Water Music song "Rooftops," this aromatic hazy Double IPA was brewed with White Sonora Wheat (Hayden Flour Mills) and late kettle additions of Nugget and dry hopped with Lemondrop, Idaho 7, and Loral lupulin powder. This DIPA is packed with flavors of blueberries, strawberries, citrus, and fruit punch.

Pours a cloudy yellow gold with rich foam and thick lacing. Smells of citrus, hops, and floral. The taste follows the nose, very full citrus flavors with orange, lemon/lime, nice hoppy bitterness but super smooth finish with some hints of floral. This is a super easy drinking IPA, its really good
