Pours a nearly clear straw color with a foamy white head that provides a nice cap on the body of the beer and a substantial amount of lacing. Beautiful Italian Pilsner.
The nose features lots of spicy, grassy noble hop aromas, some white bread, and a bit of cracker. Those notes are replicated on the taste, with the spicy, grassy flavors most prominent and quite delicious.
The mouthfeel is clean and crushingly crisp, on point for the beer. This is REALLY well executed, IMHO.

Had on tap. Murky golden body with a big white head and tree rung lacing. Crisp pilsner malt with grainy yeast, cracker, plus grassy and slightly generally fruity hops. Taste starts the same, but the fruit is bigger here, weird grape and juicy citrus added in takes away from the clean grassy and herbal hop tones interacting with the yeast, not bad just odd and distracting in a style where there is no where to hide. Feel is clean, crisp, higher carb with dry finish.

Golden in color. Fairly clear in appearance. Grassy, toasted grain and earthy Noble hop bitterness. Clean and flavorful. a bitter bite on the finish. Real good.

Light gold color with white lacing.
Aroma of rich malt and spicy, floral hops.
Taste on entry is malt forward, bready, rich and very flavorful. Hops enter but ever so lightly on little cats feet. Malt is singing a sonorous tone with hops playing a light accompaniment. Very consistent flavors throughout finishing cleanly in the aftertaste.
Medium full texture with balancing carbonation.
This one is deceptively simple proving you don't need a lot of ingredients to make a complex, flavorful brew. That is to say you don't if you know what you're doing and the folks at Wilderness Brewing clearly do because this is one of the best non European Pilsners I've ever tasted.

Poured from a 16oz can into a pint glass. Golden in color with just a bit of haze. Hoppy aroma with grassy, herbal hops and a light malt undertone. Flavor is typical of a classic European pilsner with a bit more hops with notes of fresh cut grass and a bit of white grape. Crisp and dry mouthfeel. This is an excellent pilsner that combines a European pilsner with newer American-style hop flavoring. Recommended

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of slightly bready malts with light to moderate aromas of grassy, herbal, floral, and spicy hops with a hint of citrus/orange zest hops.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly bready malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly less than moderate flavors of grassy, herbal, floral, and spicy hops with a hint of citrus/orange zest hops which contribute a slightly heavier than light amounts of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly crisp mouthfeel. Enjoyable and I could easily have a couple of these - perfect for early football season tailgating.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but consistently left a layer of bubbles covering the surface and some dots of bubbles running down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose along with notes of floral hops.
T: The taste has flavors of grassy hops with underlying notes of bready malts and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsener is easy to drink. I guess it could make for a good "lawnmower" beer, although they don't really have lawns in Arizona.

Pours straw gold with small head and sticky lacing. Nose is a nice light hops, slight grain, lemon grass. Flavors are just amazing on this one, man this is what a pils should taste like, flavors follow the nose, this is so refreshing and easy to drink its scary good. What all pils should aim to be, just perfect.
