Aged in our French oak foeders, this beer spent 5 months resting on 4000 pounds of locally grown Florida Prince peaches from Schnepf Farms—pits included! Native yeasts and bacteria residing on the peach skins accent our house mixed culture, providing layered acidity and aromatics.

Holy sour peach bomb, batman. Fantastic. Pure expression of the fruit, tart and quenching, could drink this endlessly. Barrel character is a little light, but this is a great beer.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Red Session. Aroma has tart, unripe apricot and peach, milky and creamy with some cellar funk. Taste is sour, dry, fruity and acidic with unripe stonefruits. A bit puckering and acidic.

750ml bottle thanks to Kyle. Pale pinkish pour with wispy head. Fruity aroma, peaches and apricots, some of the sour funk. Sweet taste also keys in on the fruit, funky yeast adding some excellent dimension to this. Mild tartness
