We took an Imperial Stout base and added Exo coffee that was aged in a Whiskey Del Bac barrel.

A: Pours black with rich head and sticky lacing.
N: Getting nice notes of whiskey, chocolate, coffee, and malt.
T: Follows the nose, so well balanced. Lots of coffee with a sweet whiskey hit and minor bit. Some chocolate notes filtering in.
M: Medium
O: A very nice Imperial Stout. Flavors are so rich and fresh, all local ingredients so that is also very cool.
