A special project with the fine fellas UnderTow Phoenix. Matured for 1 year in spent Rum barrels with a caramel forward malt bill pitched with our house Belgian yeast before resting on Mandarin zest & Madagascar vanilla beans. Naturally conditioned with UnderTow's hand processed, fresh pressed pineapple juice.
