This mixed culture sour, aged 6 months in french oak, was inspired by using repurposed ingredients. Second use Carignan grapes from Page Springs give subtle floral aromatics. Orange and Lemon peel from local farms give this sour subtle citrus notes that balance the tart finish of this refreshing beer.
