Inspired by the juice of the Arizona desert, this beer features locally grown prickly pear juice from Cactus Ranch and hibiscus tea from Tea Royalty. It's foeder fermented and absolutely crushable.

Had on tap. So clearly AW gose game is locked in because this is also excellent. Looks like pink lemonade with a white cap. Prickly pear is powerful in nose with hibiscus, flowers, wheat and salt all supporting. Taste is more balance with the prickly pear, wait for it, pairing with the hibiscus with a kiss of bright oak mixed into the other supporting elements. Really clean, bright, juicy but snapping to a dry and crisp finish. Love how they show off the regional ingredients, perfect in the dessert on a warm night. The wife liked it
